The place is good to study, if you need to charge your laptop or phone they have sockets everywhere.Coffee has a bit more of the bitterness I like but the latte art was good; they take care about the preparation at bar, the bitterness comes from the roast IMHO.The 4/5 is because there is no background music which makes the environment a bit weird after some time and there is this funky smell everywhere, the place does not smell clean and the floor is dirty.

The coffee house across the street, Blenz is 24hrs, I also believe they changed the closing hours to 11:00 or 11:30pm at this Waves location
